In her role as an HFLI Learning Experience Program Manager, Misha Stredrick’s major focus is an HFLI signature program that helps learners develop the interest and skills necessary to pursue a career in law; she works with educators, external partners, and teammates to contribute to the program’s strategic growth, further development, and effective execution.
Misha is fiercely committed to serving and advocating for historically marginalized communities, and believes in HFLI’s Deeper Learning by Doing® approach to support learning experiences for educators and students. She began her educational career as a teacher and has served the last sixteen years as an instructional coach, curriculum leader, school turnaround principal, principal mentor, director of achievement, leadership coach, and regional manager of teacher development for urban schools. Misha has been named Principal of the Year by the Ohio Association of Black School Educators, published in the National Association of Secondary School Principals’ magazine, Principal Leadership, and nominated for the Principal Heart of the Schools Award in the city of Baltimore, Maryland.
With two Master of Education Degrees (Educational Administration and Supervision, and Curriculum Instruction) from Bowling Green University, Misha is actively pursuing a Doctor of Education Degree in Education Leadership.
