The Long Now of Education is an emerging movement for transformation and a source of optimism for HFLI, first experienced during the inaugural gathering in 2024. Founded and hosted by the Colorado Academy’s REDI Lab in Denver, Colorado, The Long Now of Education “spans a 10,000-year arc to help us explore and develop learning that is worthy of human potential.”

May 1, 2023 (DEARBORN, Michigan) — Peers from the National Art Education Association (NAEA) Design Interest Group presented Deborah Parizek with the 2023 NAEA Outstanding Design Educator Award at a convening in San Antonio, Texas.
