Ashley Johnson brings a wealth of experience in marketing strategy and data analytics to her role as Content Marketing Manager at HFLI. With a background in marketing management and a passion for community engagement, Ashley has a proven track record of developing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness. Her responsibilities include the creation, distribution, and strategic planning of content to engage supporters, raise awareness, and increase participation in all the programs HFLI has to offer. Using her expertise in digital marketing analytics and content creation, coupled with her commitment to data-driven decision-making, she plans to use her skills to help drive HFLI’s commitment to advancing equity in education.
Prior to joining HFLI, Ashley has worked as a marketing manager for several corporate entities and completed a fellowship with Reform Alliance, using social media and community engagement to help transform the probation and parole system in the United States. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Biostatistics & Epidemiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, blending analytical rigor with creative prowess to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
