Detroit High School Students – Take charge of your impact! Through work in teams and alongside mentors who are entrepreneurs and social innovators, this workshop will help you gain in-demand skills and mindsets that position you as an emerging changemaker in school, at work, and for your community. The workshop helps high school students develop creative problem solving and entrepreneurial skills and mindsets.

All participants attend at no cost* thanks to generous support from the Walmart Foundation and Ford Motor Company Fund; please commit to being present for all three segments.
This 3-day workshop is a collaboration by Henry Ford Learning Institute (HFLI) and VentureSchool, and will take place at S.A.Y. Detroit Play Center. HFLI empowers young people to lead transformational change in, with, and for their community. VentureSchool aims to empower students to become capable, curious, and courageous leaders, innovators, and agents of change in their community through groundbreaking educational opportunities.
*A $10 commitment fee holds your spot, and it will be refunded to you upon your successful completion of the workshop on October 28. If you are unable to pay the fee, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to arrange attendance.
