A 2-day experience* for school leaders and transformational educators who want to use design thinking to address a specific challenge and enact change in their schools, build complementary skills (systems thinking, rapid prototyping, change management), and work collaboratively. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Develop skills and techniques to lead with empathy
- Reframe wicked education problems to address their root causes
- Build responses and prepare to implement proposed solutions back at home
- Work on a tangible issue with other educators from around the country
(No previous Design Thinking experience required. This workshop is a fantastic complement to our 3-day workshop, Design Thinking for Deeper Student Learning.)
