HFLI is pleased to share news of our partnership with Ford Fund on the Social Innovation Studio. Candidates for the innovation studio will be the most promising projects conceived by Ford’s Thirty Under 30 philanthropists, grant winners in the Bill Ford Better World Challenge or nonprofits.
The work will center on developing and delivering transformational social impact projects that provide people with access to food, clean water, shelter, mobility and other essentials to improve the quality of life. The studio’s goal is to boost each project’s chances for success, increase its impact, and further community prosperity.
The Ford Mobile Farm, a pilot that stems from the 2017 Thirty Under 30 cohort of fellows, and is advancing with funding from Bill Ford Better World Challenge grant, is one of the first innovation studio projects.
